After completing the quest and talking to Associate Field Manager Huguenard again, I was able to repeat the dialogue for turning in the quest and receive the reward over and over. I was able to get a ton of Auntie Cleo reputation and make tens of thousands of bits. I figured I should mention this bug so it could get fixed.

I've been running a melee build, and I have started all combat encounters by sprinting in and engaging in melee. I was slightly surprised when the anger mismanagement flaw popped, since while I do rush in, I also block diligently to make use of the duelist perk. Of course, I miss some blocks with my big slow weapon so I guess its fair enough. What was truly surprising though was when the dependent perk popped up, saying I like to 'lead from the back'. I've sprinted into every single combat encounter from the moment I found a melee weapon in the prologue. Once or twice I'd take cover when my health was low and switch to a ranged weapon - literally once or twice because by the time my build was coming online that was absolutely no longer needed. Of course, I can't draw all the agro on everything all the time, and my companions occasionally arrive at the front in time to get hit, but the notion that my character is 'leading from the back' is ludicrous. Naturally I've already taken the flawed perk, so c'est la vie I'll take it, but it leads me to think that everyone is eventually going to qualify for all flaws on all playthroughs - is that the design intent?

From what I can tell it's awarding extra hearts based on the number of bullets that hit the target upon death. Using a silenced Rattler actually rewards 8 hearts per kill becaue it's counting each bullet as a seperate kill. I also tested this with a burst silenced repeater rifle and got 3 hearts per kill. Attached before and after heart counters from killing a civilian in Fairfield. Started with 6 after using the Rattler (8 bullets) my heart total went up to 14. This also triggers the loot notification on the left part of the screen for each heart.

Should all speeches in Congress also be translated to Spanish (because of Puerto Rico) and all 177 indigenous languages spoken in US or at least for those that are official languages of US territories?

Same problem. On my first playthrough I remember Ruth sending me on quests that would lead to AC's confrontation. Now I'm unable to do do that. Ruth just has closing dialogue, and the quest marker remains over her head. Beckett is also not in the room (like he was in my previous run) for his scene with Ruth to play out. I have already turned in his quest with the audio logs.

TARIQALARDAH started following BUG: Hand over the Calcaduceus
-
Same issue, after resolving the personality crisis, i have floating marker of "Hand over the Calcaduceus" with no body showing and nothing happen. In Journal, it show as "The archive is badly damaged. You will not be able to hand over the Calcaduceus until you have made the repairs necessary to generate the rift data"
-
Ever heard of CPAN? Speeches to Congress can go out to the nation. She was clearly speaking in both languages intentionally, and wasn't translating for the benefit of either audience.

I’m having the same problem as well, double checked all the areas to make sure i didn’t somehow miss one but it seems i have them all picked up even though it still only says i have 9/10. Bit frustrating as i don't want to restart a 12 hour progress i have put into the game already and also don’t want to go to the neat area and miss out on this quest and achievement that goes with it.

I've been playing the TBmode beta and have encountered these bugs so far: -Sometimes when kana starts his turn the game seems to wait forever for his chant to start, requiring you to load an old save and redo the fight. -The chill fog spell visual effects don't linger after casting and only return at the start of each turn. (don't know if this affects other lingering aoe effects.) -I've had a summoned phantom with the chanter class ability make an enemy seemingly endlessly paralyzed. -When using the halt spell against enemies they take some time to decide what to do(usually nothing), but sometimes spam their 'growl' sound until their turn ends. -A lot of enemies spam the message that they engaged in combat with a character even if it's not their turn, usually when then can't reach the character with a melee attack. -When recruiting Aloth in gilded vale, during combat he decided to skip all of his turns. -When loading a save just before a character takes their action you commanded them to take, most graphics turn black and the game freezes -Some spells like iconic projection hitboxes don't seem to align with the aoe shown, though i believe this issue already existed before in rtwp. -Sometimes the combat start message appears randomly mid combat, though things such as per encounter resources aren't reset. Feedback: -Currently if you choose to melee attack an enemy but you can't reach them the action remains queued up, if you then switch to a ranged weapon you immediately attack. It would be better if switching your weapon cancelled your attack action. -The game doesn't really make it clear enough how initiative works in turn based mode. -Enemy detection range for when combat starts is way too small, I've had enemies that appeared on the turn list use abilities to buff themselves whilst out of range, never moving to attack. and combat can end without defeating them.

Ballad of a Small Player - Macau is the real star in this look at Collin Farrell as a degenerate gambler. It was very well done. Visually it is a fascinating film. I'd recommend it. -
I wholeheartedly agree they did a similar thing with grounded 2 they changed mechanics that worked just fine in the first game and that has made it less enjoyable I especially think that clothing/armor that gives bonuses to certain skills was something that made the first game good as well as temporary buffs from food and chems

Because one is the President addressing the entire nation, and the other is a representative addressing a few hundred? Also it sounds like she was mixing English and Spanish. I'd love to see Trump mix in some sign language in his addresses. -
Here's a contrast in requirements: White House told to bring back sign-language interpreters even though Trump dislikes ‘sharing a platform,’ judge rules Arizona's first Chicana representative has been sworn in. She's going to code-switch. Okay, apart from the legal specifics, why is the White House required to provide ASL interpreters but a Chicana representative speaking to Congress in spanish is not required to provide a translator? This seems inconsistent, if not rude.

I'm about 30 hours in Outer Worlds 2. The character progression is a huge improvement over OW1. Flaws and perks really change the game and give you a lot of options for development. It is one of the best leveling systems I've played in awhile. I'm also really enjoying the companions. This cast compares favorably to the ones in KotOR 2. It is a diverse group and I'm interested in getting to know more about each one of them. So yeah, another Obsidian win for me.
