Physical Goods: I haven't received mine yet - when are they coming?

Where are my physical rewards?

Many of the rewards have been sent out already or are in the process of being sent out now, but we did encounter some delays getting goods over to Europe from America, partly due to issues with labor strikes on the west coast where we are, and damage that occurred to some of the parts on their way over from production.

 

The final physical discs (delayed as stated in backer updates #89 and #90) are finished being manufactured! Discs sent to America should start going out this week, with European countries the following week. For those of you receiving physical versions, we've added an extra Hero key to your accounts so you can play now, which you can redeem via the Products tab of your Account Profile.

 

For those of you with the non-collector’s edition tiers ($50, $65 and $100 tiers), the box is not being shipped until the disc duplication has been completed. If you ordered other items (depending on when you confirmed your pledge order), they should have already shipped or are shipping very soon.

 

Before contacting Paradox or Obsidian, please verify that you have completed your pledge order. To do that, please visit the Orders tab of your Account Profile. If you do not see an order there marked as Completed, you'll need to complete your pledge order first by visiting the Backer Portal. Link your pledge(s) from Kickstarter or PayPal if it isn't already there, and then click the Select Reward button to start the process.

 

I received damaged rewards or some of my rewards, and not all of them, even though the packing list said they should have. What do I do?

If this happens, please contact Paradox Support through http://paradox.zendesk.com, and include your name, shipping address, order number, and e-mail address. Paradox is handling the physical distribution of all backer rewards and they will happily help get you any missing or damaged items.

 

My tier was supposed to come with a postcard from the team – Where is it and how do I submit my address for it?

We'll be sending those in the next few weeks. For those of you who had the $110 digital tier order and have not yet provided your physical address, we'll reach out to you via e-mail to get your address. Please stay tuned to this blog post for updates as well.

 

Will I get tracking information once my physical goods ship?

Yes, you'll receive an e-mail from swag@paradoxplaza.com with the title, "Your swag is on the way" including your order number. In it, it will confirm the items you're receiving, your shipping address, and a link to track your package. Please be sure to whitelist that e-mail address so it doesn't appear in a spam folder.

It's been over two weeks since the last official update here. My order is still showing "Shipping Soon".

 

I have a signed edition. Is that what is causing a further delay? If so could we have an update on how that is going.

 

On a slightly different note, could we have a post about how all this physical fulfilment stuff happens? I for one would be really interested to know a bit more about how these things get onto store shelves, the kind of companies involved etc. You could then also expound a bit on the particular hurdles in this case.

I backed the 65$ edition too, and I dont see the hero edition key on my profile.

I sent you an email and attached our fulfillment contact at Paradox to see what the status on your order is. As for the physical fulfilment post, I'll send that up to peeps and see what they say!

Hi, 1 month later, and I haven't got any mail from Paradox, and no physical goods yet.... is that normal ?

Hey all, we've updated the initial post here, but the physical disc have finished being manufactured! They will start shipping out in the coming weeks, so be on the look out in your email box for a message from Paradox!

Alas i did not get any of the physical goods I should have with a 280 $ support sum. A friend of mine, here in Germany has backed with 500 $ and got his package seven weeks ago (of course without the physical discs). Is there any chance to get my physical goods next time, perhaps even with the physical disc ?

So, should I wait for my order (60$) any time now? Or is it still not set in stone? It's been in "shipping soon" for 2 months now. Not nice.

Hello,

 

I backed for the $65 tier and my e-mail from paradox does not include a tracking number.

 

It said my parcel would be delivered through Royal Mail International (address is in the Netherlands, so I suspect PostNL, DHL or UPS to handle the last part of the delivery) and arrive between 10th of June and 12th of June.

 

As you may have gathered, I have not received anything yet. I've even checked earlier today at a PostNL location.

I backed at the $65 tier for a physical copy and have still not received any information or emails from anyone since the status switched to "shipping soon" months ago.  They've apparently been ready for a while, but I have yet to talk to one person who's received word, much less actual product, on their physical copies.

 

Is there ANY sort of ETA on when these things will actually start shipping out?
