Physical Goods: I haven't received mine yet - when are they coming?

Where are my physical rewards?

Many of the rewards have been sent out already or are in the process of being sent out now, but we did encounter some delays getting goods over to Europe from America, partly due to issues with labor strikes on the west coast where we are, and damage that occurred to some of the parts on their way over from production.

 

The final physical discs (delayed as stated in backer updates #89 and #90) are finished being manufactured! Discs sent to America should start going out this week, with European countries the following week. For those of you receiving physical versions, we've added an extra Hero key to your accounts so you can play now, which you can redeem via the Products tab of your Account Profile.

 

For those of you with the non-collector’s edition tiers ($50, $65 and $100 tiers), the box is not being shipped until the disc duplication has been completed. If you ordered other items (depending on when you confirmed your pledge order), they should have already shipped or are shipping very soon.

 

Before contacting Paradox or Obsidian, please verify that you have completed your pledge order. To do that, please visit the Orders tab of your Account Profile. If you do not see an order there marked as Completed, you'll need to complete your pledge order first by visiting the Backer Portal. Link your pledge(s) from Kickstarter or PayPal if it isn't already there, and then click the Select Reward button to start the process.

 

I received damaged rewards or some of my rewards, and not all of them, even though the packing list said they should have. What do I do?

If this happens, please contact Paradox Support through http://paradox.zendesk.com, and include your name, shipping address, order number, and e-mail address. Paradox is handling the physical distribution of all backer rewards and they will happily help get you any missing or damaged items.

 

My tier was supposed to come with a postcard from the team – Where is it and how do I submit my address for it?

We'll be sending those in the next few weeks. For those of you who had the $110 digital tier order and have not yet provided your physical address, we'll reach out to you via e-mail to get your address. Please stay tuned to this blog post for updates as well.

 

Will I get tracking information once my physical goods ship?

Yes, you'll receive an e-mail from swag@paradoxplaza.com with the title, "Your swag is on the way" including your order number. In it, it will confirm the items you're receiving, your shipping address, and a link to track your package. Please be sure to whitelist that e-mail address so it doesn't appear in a spam folder.

Really soon! I heard today that they sent along the final cut for us to review, so once that makes its rounds internally (and barring any adjustments) we'll get it out there. Thanks for the interest. :)

Nice. Thanks for the update! And thanks for an awesome game! It was well worth the 2 1/2 year wait!

 

Oh, and more personally, thanks again for letting me come down and tour your office with Adam immediately following the Kickstarter campaign. Not sure if you would even remember that since it was so long ago, but it happened! :)

I'm in Europe and got today notification with tracking number of my signed collectors box is on the way. Est. delivery next Tuesday, April 14th. Which is fine, since I got today delivered my hard cover copy Collector's Guide too.

I'm waiting for my box version but I don't see any extra key on my Products page?

 

Hi Furism and Valsuelm, please check your Products tab again - there should be a Hero Edition available for you to redeem there.

I'm not seeing this either. I see a Champion Edition Key (which I expected) but no Hero key. Am I correct in assuming that I should have two keys while I'm waiting for the box to arrive?

It depends on the tier that a backer selected. For the $65 tier for example, it comes with a physical version of the game, and part of its tier on Kickstarter was to also come with a digital copy. Since we delayed delivery of the final discs, we gave all physical folks an extra Hero key so they could play on release. A number of people had already decided to give their extra key to a friend when they backed the game, so we wanted to make sure they themselves could play too on launch.

Hi, I haven't received my physical goods even now, I did receive an email claiming they would be here by April 17th but the package has not been delivered and the code for tracking the delivery does not work. The email claims I should contact Paradox support but their support has no listed choice for Pillars of Eternity, what should I do?

Hi Darren, 

 

I'm finding myself in the same unfortunate position as some others in this thread. My girlfriend and I opted for the $65 Tier pledge so that we'd have two keys and a pretty box for the shelves. Am I correct in saying that we should have a 'Hero Key' available in the 'products section of the account page?

 

Please Advise.

I received the letter from Paradox on 31 March，but tracking info shows the package was held in US customs . and It's been held nearly a month,is there anything can be done now?

Have already emailed support but yet to receive a response. Have received nothing from the physical tier i backed (plus extra goodies i pledged for later on).Was supposed to receive between April 7th to 13th but yet to receive anything.

Hi,

 

This says that physical copies would start shipping out when I patch 1.04 is published. I see that patch 1.04 has been published so has shipping started for the $65 tier  yet?

 

In my Orders tab it still says "Shipping Soon".

I have the same "Shipping Soon" problem. When will our box copies be shipped? Can you give us an exact date please?

We are still nailing down the exact date. We do know that the discs are being manufactured currently and will then go off and be packaged, then shipped. We are hoping they will go out as soon as possible. Once I know more, I will let you know!
