Purchased cards not showing up

With the announcement of the Ambassador program ready I went through Steam and purchased the game.  I had no issues merging accounts or getting everything unlocked.  I had 30869 gold so I went to buy the cards in the enhancements screen.  I bought 1 of each card leaving me with 969 gold.  Each card said Success when I purchased them.  I do not have them on my tablet or PC, I have closed both programs and restarted as well as waiting an hour and retrying to load them.

Any help you could provide would be appreciated,

You are not alone and they should be aware of it if they read the steam forum.

 

I bought a mountain pattern. it showed up in my unclaimed, the box is highlighted in the store but it isn't in my collection.

 

If that help:

- I have the obsidian edition on steam and no account merging.

 

- the only thing i did in the store beside that is open the 2 tutorial treasure chests.

 

- thoug the box isn't highlighted in the store (not sure if the box change color when you buy it or if you just have it), i have a volcanic shield in my collection (again, i don't remenber what the treasure chests gave me and i don't even know if you can find it in a chest).

Same here. I bought the Mountain Pattern, Gray Gardener, Improved Find Traps and Volcanic Shield and it was only the last one that showed up in my collection.

 

I have the obsidian edition on steam with the account linked to my Android version. I mainly use my Android phone to play this game.

If you buy them, do they permanently show up in your collection? (i.e. will you be able to encounter those cards multiple times after buying it once?)

Also, it is a known bug that the "Store bought" cards and some promo cards like Eder and Pallegina do not show up in the collection. Those cards ARE in there, they're just invisible until a future patch. You will still be able to encounter them, and you should find them initially in your unclaimed stash.

I just got back from vacation and found them in my unclaimed cards after finishing a mission. I have seen this post yet so I made sure I had a character holding them all. Thanks for the help!
