I played through the tutorial and Brigandoom with Mersiel and Kyra. I tried to start The Poison Pill with the same characters. I get to the screen where I must drag each character to a starting location. When I do, 2 to 4 of the same character icons appear over the location I dragged the icon to. On the next screen: "Pick your turn order by dragging the portraits," there are multiple character portraits of the same character. When the scenario begins at a location (e.g. "Town Square"), none of the characters have any cards in their decks.
