ETS 2 with dice skin mods

Good to know we gather such a diverse crowd. It actually looks like the truck simulator has a boat load of mods out for it. At least the site in your link had a bunch, but 'no dice' for your problem, eh? I tried a quick search here, but I didn't see hide nor hair of new skins. I wish I had time, but I've got to hit the road in another five minutes or so.

Good luck with the search for skins. Perhaps one of our erudite members will be able to help.

In the meantime, welcome to the forum and enjoy your stay!

So is ETS anything like Pirates! or Privateer except taking place in Europe? Because that could sound like fun.

So not even any elements of Road Rash, Spy Hunter, or Falcon 3.0? No oil slicks, heat seeking missiles, or banana peels?

Are there weigh stations at least?

Well if you play Privateer or Pirates in peaceful trading mode, sure I can see a comparison. Just instead of shooting things, you navigate traffic jams and the occasional idiot sedan that merges in front of you instead.

The devs are currently working on American Truck Simulator. Maybe that'll have guns since it's America and all that. :p

No.  You drive a truck and obey traffic laws.  It's more like a flight simulator.

Obey traffic laws? Doesn't sound like a very accurate simulation to me...

I think Keyrock was making his own skins at one point for the trucking game.  I crashed into a loading dock and gave up.

I made a Shantae skin for Volvo trucks a long time ago (in fairness I used an existing skin mod as a template and added my own photoshopping once I figured out how everything fit together).  Not sure how to do skins for vehicle interiors so that you can skin dice hanging off the mirror.

Well with a starting truck and a heavy load, speeding is likely physically impossible anyway.

You give up too easily ;)

Civilization, in fact, grows more and more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. - H.L. Mencken
