Not sure how helpful this is going to be, but I had the speed problem (one character is slow, and another gets sped up) prior to installing beta patch. It affected a hired adventurer. After installing beta, no problems. 15 minutes later, I notice the speed difference again on the same characters by a similar amount (adventurer slow, Eder fast others variable). Restarting the application fixed the problem. See the dropbox link for my logs. This all in the endless paths.
