[Spoiler] Can´t complete "The blade of the endless paths"

I´ve finished Endless Paths of Od Nua Level 5, but I can´t find the things hidden in this floor.. don´t know why. I¨ve went through them in scout mode, but neither of them pop up: so I can´t complete that quest (I can´t enter the hidden room).
