0 Vizera Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) It is worse than that. Used this on my cipher and suddenly he only generated 2 focus per hit, even with draining whip. After removing it he has a permanent int bonus and only generates 1 focus pr hit. Edit: After quitting the game and reloading my cipher does not generate focus at all.
