No, not seriously. The Red Cross held a sidebar at a convention to discuss the idea that games should promote International Humanitarian Law. That's pretty much all it is. Daily Mail reported a stupid interpretation of it. Kotaku reported on daily mail. Now this news.au is reporting on Kotaku. It's bloggers playing the telephone game.
