levels and armor

was wondering if anyone knows how many levels we et by end game (so i can better approximate how many tr4ees i can max) and secondly how important is the sound dampening stat for armor as i have the basic one which is like 4, but only 1 upgrade slot, and id like to upgrade to more but every armor seems to drop sound dampening 1 or 2.

 

i play stealth (stealth/pistol/martial)

lvl 20 is max, you should get it before the last mission.

I got to 19 in my first playthrough.

 

You can get by stealthy just fine with just 'average' sound dampening (~2, all mods combined). Really depends on how many points you invest in Stealth, whether you have a silenced pistol, etc.
