I dunno the single player looks pretty meh, and that's he doing playing a shooter on a console, contradiction in terms.

An old-school shooter doesn't hurt now and then, and if they get the atmosphere right (which they will), then..

A lot of people seem to think that. Where are you all getting that? The game is nowhere near ready, the engine is ready, but they have only shown the one hub place and some random combat and racing. I'd say 2010 fall at the earliest.
