All info on Darth Nihilus, Info needed for a movie Options

Hey all, I am going to make a fan film on Darth Nihilus. The script is already under way and can show you parts of the second draft if you wish. But now I need input for a plot line that ties into the events of KOTOR and KOTOR II. I need any info you can give and any suggestions.

I was very confused about this 'forming' of Darth Nihilius.
He was created and is related to the exile in some way, dammit this is so confusing.

Why couldn't they do a 'Leviathan' on KotOR2 to clear up this mess?

Heres a first few pages of the second draft of the script. All the Council members are different because the beginning is before the Jedi Civil War.

Nihilus' name is in progress if we give him one at all.

Star Wars: Jedi Civil War
Episode I: Darkness Rising

It is 4,000 years before the formation of the Galactic Empire and the Republic is in dire crisis. When Revan and Malak returned from the Mandalorian Wars as Sith Lords there was a rift in the Jedi Order. With the occurrence of this rift came the Jedi Civil War.

The Republic was under constant threat and the Sith seemed numerous. Thousands of their fleets overwhelmed the Republic forces and it is now on the brink of collapse. Only the Jedi can hope to defeat the Sith and restore the Republic to it’s former glory.

But before this happened, a child was born. He would sweep the entire Republic in his malice. He was an ever growing darkness who would consume all who stood before him…

Open with a shot of a cruiser headed towards Dantooine.

Jedi Masters conversing:

Ne’Mann: This is the child we will bring to the enclave.

Keshar: Do you think he is strong enough?

Ne’Mann: Yes, the Force is strong in this boy.

Republic Soldier: Masters we are approaching Dantooine.

Ne’Mann: Very well. Prepare to land.

Republic Soldier: Yes sir.

Inside the Jedi Enclave:

Ne’Mann: Master Athrick, Master Malia, and Master Resh-Shihah Master Keshar and I have returned from our search for more younglings and found this boy.

Athrick: Do you know his age?

Keshar: The woman who gave him to us said he was eight months old.

Resh-Shihah: This child has great strength in the Force, I can feel it. Did you take a midichlorian count?

Ne’Mann: Yes he was just over 40,000.

Malia: What? Not even most members of our council have that high a count.

Athrick: Hmm… The boy will be a powerful Jedi. He will be trained.

Ne’Mann: I will see to it at once.

Killian: His skills grow as fast as he does.

Keshar: Yes he is a most gifted student. His midichlorian count was over 40,000.

Killian: 40,000? That’s higher than my own.

Keshar: He won’t be an easy padawan to train. Do you still want to select him?

Killian: Yes, I’d like a little challenge.

Scene of Killian and young Nihilus in the Council’s Chambers:

Athrick: Killian Darkwater, the Council grants you permission to train this boy.

Malia: May you work together and help each other so that you both may grow in skill and knowledge.

Ne’Mann: Go know and begin your training.

Keshar: May the Force be with you.

Killian and Nihilus leave.

Resh-Shihah: Now we will see their true potential.

Scenes of Killian training Nihilus:

Killian: Concentrate your feelings and focus on the force. Let it flow through you. Be calm and unafraid, for fear is the path to the Dark Side.

Nihilus: The Dark Side?

Killian: For everything good there is something evil. The Force has an evil side too. We Jedi are bathed in the Light. We use our powers for the better cause and the good of others. We are here to protect the Republic. So the powers we use are defensive and protect ourselves and innocents.

Nihilus: What about the Dark Side?

Killian: Down the Dark Path lies hate and suffering. It is seductive and alluring. It is the easier path to take. It is the straight and quick path, not the one that twists and turns. But once you start down the Dark Path forever will it consume your destiny.

Nihilus: Is it stronger?

Killian: No. It twists its followers to become shadows of what they once were. Shadows of what they could be. There is no peace in the Dark Side only pain and anger.

Nihilus: Yes Master.

Killian: Lets’ go on to a lighter subject.

Nihilus: As you wish.

Killian: In a few days we will leave for our first assignment.

Nihilus: Where are we to go?

Killian: We will go to Ansion and investigate a gathering of Mandalorian mercenaries. The Council believes they are plotting against the Republic.

Nihilus: Master, Mandalorians?

Killian: Don’t worry we won’t come into contact with them. We’re only there to gather information for now.

Scene of Nihilus and Killian sneaking into a camp at night:

Nihilus: Master, come quickly.

Killian: What is it?

Nihilus: A holo-recorder. Here I’ll play it back.

Mandalorian: Our insurgents are being stationed as planned, Lord Lucidus.

One thing: Nihilus is a 'beast' that revived himself on M5. This leads one to believe that he was dead (henceforth revive). I'll let you assume as you wish, but I took this to mean that he sucked both the FORCE AND LIFE at the same time, to fill in the gaps where both once flowed. He is like an undead, Star Wars Jedi style...

I could give my evidence to support this, but that would launch into a huge discussion that I'd rather not get involved in. But, if you would like any of my sources, let me know...

I always took it that Darth Sion had taken Nihilus as his apprentice, shortly before he confronted Darth Traya in the Trayus Core and cut her off from the Force.

So, perhaps Sion helped revive him from whatever he suffered at Malachor V?

I don't think so... Nihilus was 'his own master' so to speak.

Nihilus used to be guy called Bozor - he wa a clown working in a circus set up to entertain the Republic army to keep thier morale high. At the end of the war he was accidentally stuck on malachor v and diead and was reborn and transformed by DS energy into Darth Clown Fa.. i mean Nihilus. "

Darth Traya trained both of them, Darth Sion and Darth Nihilus until they banished her and her powers.
