[Oversight] 3.0.2: Animancy Cat doesn't raise PEN for summons in some cases

Hi!

 

I noticed that despite its description Animancy Cat (the Backer Super Pet) doesn't influence PEN on summons that are wearing weapons. Best example is Essential Phantom (the Wizard spell). I suspect (but didn't test) that Chanter's Skeletons will also suffer from this since they are using swords.

i'll put a report together and have the QA and Systems Design teams investigate the issue.  If you discover anything else about this, or any other types of creatures that also fail to receive the stats, please let me know so I can pass the information along!
